Jessica has worked in real estate for 20 years and loves nothing more than helping people achieve their goals and grow their wealth through real estate. After graduating from USC (go Trojans!) in 1997 with a degree in Business Entrepreneurship, Jessica launched her career in real estate as a real estate appraiser in 2000 and realized sales was really where her heart lied and she took the leap to focus solely on sales around 2008. Jessica is an expert in discovering the value of homes, never missing even the smallest details that are often overlooked. Her combination of expertise and excellent communication have helped hundreds of people earn the most for their properties. This along with her passion for interacting with people and understanding their needs has made her a great choice as your trusted real estate consultant.

Jessica lives with her husband, 16 year old daughter, twin 11 year old boys and 2 dogs in Seal Beach. The Panzicas stay busy with school, lots of volleyball, National Charity League for the girls and let's not forget the beach time. The best family time is spent hanging out in the backyard with friends, or riding bikes to the beach or Main Street for dinner.
